HOW TO SEND
1. Visit to the most conveniently located office of the Bank.
2. Fill in the mini-form for transfer (the transfer amount, name and city of recipient).
3. Pass sent sum, transfer fee and ID to the operator to put it in the system.
4. After transfer get a copy of the form with the Money Transfer Control Number.
5. Call the recipient and report the amount of transfer, the transfer control number, country and city of delivery.  

HOW TO GET MONEY TRANSFER
1. Come at any point of Zolotaya Korona service;
2. Show your ID;
3. Check out the "Transfer Application", drawn up by the operator
4. Get transfer and receipt from the operator.
