SDM-Bank's mortgage products are designed for our clients seeking to finance a property purchase. Our mortgages are flexible. To qualify, our clients need to provide specific information relevant to the property purchase. Our decision process is fast and efficient with a preliminary decision ready in 1-2 days subject to receiving all the relevant information. The mortgage can be prepaid without penalties after 6 months period. Loan amortization is in equal monthly payments. We outline a summary of our Mortgage products below.

• The total income of a married couple, family members or other co-borrowers is a factor considered when deciding if the loan will be granted.
• The customer and co-borrower must have stable employment and monthly income sufficient to repay the loan.
