SDM-Bank celebrates its 22nd anniversary
In 2013 SDM-Bank turned 22. The Bank has traditionally celebrated its anniversary with the series of events, both internally and with business partners and customers.
Established in 1991, SDM-Bank is one of the oldest Russian commercial banks. Since its foundations the Bank was focused on servicing small and medium sized enterprises, as well as on providing the full scope of services to individuals employed in those enterprises. At this point SDM-Bank customer base accounts for around 110 000 businesses and individuals.
SDM-Bank regional network is comprised of 13 offices in Moscow and Moscow Region, 9 branches in St. Petersburg, N. Novgorod, Voronezh, Tver, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, and Omsk. The Bank also has a representative office in London, UK.
SDM-Bank has a capital base of RUB 4 bln, and net assets totaling RUB 36.2 bln.
Throughout its history the Bank has demonstrated a sustainable growth track record proven by leading rating agencies. In May 2013 the Fitch Ratings agency has upgraded SDM-Bank long-term IDR to «B+» with Stable outlook. SDM-Bank shareholder base is in particular represented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
One of the most outstanding events as a part of SDM-Bank 22nd anniversary celebration was SDM-Bank art collection exhibition representing various paintings by Russian artists, which hosted over 1000 guests. Over 60 paintings, both well-known and just introduced, have been displayed to the public. Historically the collection was started by SDM-Bank founders, and has been continuously growing through new acquisitions from both artist studios and art exhibitions, now reaching the size of over 450 paintings.
