Depository SDM-BANK offers depository services according to the license of professional participant of securities depository activities № 177-04136-000100, issued by the Federal Commission on Securities Market December 20, 2000.

 SERVICES

• Account opening and maintenance depot for accounting and / or storage of various securities and corporations (shares, government and corporate bonds, promissory notes, Eurobonds, etc.);
• Acting as nominee holder of securities;
• Safe custody of securities;
• Execution of corporate actions, including receiving from issuers, distribution and transfer of clients' cash account income securities, the transfer of information to depositors issuer, the registration of securities transactions, etc.;
• Redemption of securities;
• Register the fact of occurrence and termination of mortgage securities;
• Representing the interests of the owner of securities - on his behalf - at shareholders' meetings of the issuer;
• Assistance in obtaining client’s income belonging to the securities, carried in the Depository of the Bank.
